Direct, manage and provide support to GCG program managers responsible for GCG programs in Korea. Establish program implementation plans for each program with the program managers. Set and manage milestones that accomplish all the deliverables. Establish methods to assess progress on program goals and performance of managers. When it comes to job searching, one thing’s for sure. Times have changed. Over the past 20 years, the process for getting a job has been transformed. Most companies require you to apply online, and some even interview you via video chat.
This process can be one of the most maddening things job seekers experience, especially if they haven’t looked for a job for many years. It can be both discouraging and disheartening. I empathize that this process has become increasingly difficult and often inefficient.
Since you can’t change the process, what can you do to influence your results? The best place to start is by updating your strategy.

Rhodes College is seeking an Associate Dean of Diversity and Curriculum in Memphis, TN.
This Associate Dean reports to the Dean of the Faculty. This person will focus primarily on curricular oversight and enhancing diversity across the curriculum and within the faculty through a review and revision of recruitment strategies and procedures. They will also oversee the work of the Director of Teaching and Learning Initiatives to develop and sustain diversity initiatives, and administer the teaching mentorship program for new faculty. The position includes some teaching (1-2 courses each academic year), and the disciplinary home is open. We especially welcome applications from individuals whose scholarship focuses on issues of diversity. Strong candidates will hold a terminal degree; the rank of the position will be tenured associate or full professor.
