The Assistant Director of Residence Life is responsible for supporting the retention goals of the College by assisting the Director of Residence Life in all aspects of campus living including staff supervision, hall programming, student support and conduct, and room assignments. Assist with housing selection and communicate operational functions, such as residence hall keys and maintenance needs, office coverage, hall schedules, and deadlines. Provide support for residents in conflict or crisis through mediation, administrative intervention or referral. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
