Rhodes College is seeking an Associate Director of Residence Life in Memphis, TN.
The Associate Director of Residential Life is responsible for supporting the retention goals of the College by assisting the Director of Residential Life in all aspects of campus living including student staff supervision, hall programming, student support and conduct, and room assignments. The Associate Director is responsible for coordination of the resident assistant program include hiring, selection, training and evaluation of student staff. The Associate Director resides on campus and shares 24-hour “on-call” status with one Assistant Director of Residential Life and two Residence Life Coordinators. In coordination with the Director, supervise staff and students in the design and implementation of a residential life curriculum. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
