Assist EM/IM Operations in build of performance matrix/visibilities, and promote best practice sharing across EM/IM Operations. Develop supplier relationships within China and other low cost emerging markets. Establish sourcing relationships for a variety of metal and plastic materials to be used in medical device manufacture, including stainless steel, titanium and cobalt chrome. Apply knowledge of molding and machining processes for orthopedic and endoscopy instruments. Travel internationally up to 50%, primarily to China.
