Ultimately, the Strategic Program Director will be accountable for the on-time, on-budget and on-target (scope, value, quality) delivery of their portfolio of initiatives. The SPD will also have overall accountability for the on-going performance and value-realization of these capabilities once they are placed into production as services. This includes providing effective vendor relationship management, commercial governance including contract management, pricing, cost-to-serve and service level adherence and enhancement pipeline management. Lastly, this position is responsible for contributing to the establishment of effective and efficient strategic planning, portfolio management, program and project management processes and techniques following best demonstrated practices.
