Cabela’s is seeking a Paid Search Program Manager in Denver, CO.
The Paid Search Program Manager will work with the Paid Search Manager to inform and determine the overall strategy of Cabela’s SEM programs. This position will lead the execution of all Paid Search programs and inform SEM best practices as determined by the Paid Search strategy and the needs of the business. This position is responsible for supervising a team of Paid Search marketers who will execute best-in-class SEM strategies in support of business units across the enterprise. This will include Cabela’s Retail and Direct sales as well as World’s Foremost Bank and Outdoor Adventures. It will also include mobile and international SEM campaigns and related marketing activities.
Coordinating closely with other marketing programs and merchandising teams, the Paid Search Program Manager ensures maximum keyword coverage while maximizing ROAS and staying within budget. Building and communicating regular reporting of program specific KPI’s and representing Paid Search in Omni, category, merchandising and digital commerce planning is critical to success. The Paid Search Supervisor will directly oversee and lead employees within the program. Accountable for maximizing paid search rankings; crafting and optimizing keywords and ad copy as well as optimizing landing pages to drive maximum traffic, conversion and sales performance metrics is critical to the success of this position.
Marketing and customer analytics play a central role in the performance and execution of Cabela’s SEM programs. This position will work with Data Sciences, Omni-Channel Marketing and Category Marketing to execute customer and program models that prove the value of every piece of all paid search keywords and lead to highly maximized and integration marketing campaigns.
This Program Manager works closely with cross functional teams including Digital Commerce, Design, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing and more. This position is deeply involved in managing the day to day relationships with agency partners for delivery of Paid Search specific activities like daily bid management and optimization, keyword expansion and optimization, and search engine management to ensure best-in-class performance for Share of voice, traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS and related performance metrics.

The Recycling Zone Controller is a business partner with the Zone GM and a key leader of the Zone Management team. They direct the financial activities of the Zone by establishing and maintaining effective fiscal procedures and controls, reporting and analyzing performance, and partnering with the Zone General Manager to plan and direct the actions needed to maximize the financial performance of the zone. They provide leadership to the finance staff within their Zone to direct the financial policy and procedures, and provide coaching and guidance with their professional development.
