The Physical Security Operations Manager creates the security policy and provides the related security support for Nike distribution centers. This senior manager is responsible for publishing security standards and policies for these locations ensuring that both overt and covert test and audits occur in desired frequency providing guidance training and counsel to our Facility Security contacts at these locations. As the subject matter expert for the DC, this individual is expected to create, establish, implement and verify compliance with security procedures, physical security design standards and policies and ensure that all comply with our IT and physical security policies and support the goals of our facility team while optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of security in our facilities. This includes leveraging technology and systems to create processes and support systems that I sustainable and scalable. These systems and processes should enable the local and regional security functions to draw services from the corporate security team in an automated fashion whenever possible. This manager will work with supervisors and internal customers to establish, provide and agree on, clear goals, objectives and performance delivery outcomes and timelines. This manager will build and deploy security training programs and manage a contract guard security force at multiple locations.
