USA Cycling is seeking a Director of Membership.
The Director of Membership will lead the department responsible for looking after the tens of thousands of racing members within USA Cycling, as well as the growing legion of non-racing supporters of USA Cycling. The Membership Department’s core objective is to enhance the cycling experiences of USA Cycling members and grow its membership by creating a range of policies, products and services, which meet the needs of the American cycling community. The new Director will be arriving at a critical time in USA Cycling’s history, as with new leadership it seeks to transform itself into an innovative, customer-focused organization and broaden its membership to include enthusiasts and cycling fans – not just traditional racers. The Director will be responsible for leading the development of the Membership Department, which was recently separated from the Marketing Department, to create a unit explicitly focused on cycling membership. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Membership Director will also be responsible for guiding the direction of USA Cycling more broadly in the execution of its mission to grow the sport of cycling in America.
