Fender is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Planning in Scottsdale, AZ.
The Vice President of Global Supply Chain is responsible for strategically directing and executing the global Sales and Operations Planning process for the global FMIC business, resulting in the company’s ability to maximize sales and profits while effectively managing inventory across the global distribution network. This role will work across Sales and Marketing Management to determine manufacturing and off-shore manufacturing production requirements through the development and execution of supply requirements and fulfillment strategies for all FMIC supply sources while meeting the business inventory goals. As a leader of FMIC’s Global Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for establishing the strategic direction focused on improving responsiveness to customer demands through the optimization of capacity resources, working cross-functionally with FMIC Manufacturing, Global Sourcing, Procurement and Quality, Finance, Marketing and Sales departments with the goals of maximizing supply source output, customer fill-rates and inventory turns.
