Responsible for driving customer centricity through developing and delivering continuous improvements in the Terminals as it relates to the Customer Experience strategy. Create a customer centric environment for our passengers, airlines, and tenants by leading the customer experience standards development processes, driving performance through a culture of business partnership with all key stakeholders in the terminal environment, managing the processes and adjusting to the changing needs of the business as necessary to maximize customer satisfaction.
