Responsible for the overall planning and operation of the organization, in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Provides leadership, direction and support to the Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, attaining/allocating resources, and establishing policies.
Top Priorities
· Immediately form strong and meaningful relationships with all stakeholder groups and evaluate their input and concerns. This includes the board, donors, staff, corporate partners, foundation partners, and community leaders.
· Immediately begin a strategic planning process focused on the following areas:
o Revenue Growth
o Staff deployment and development
o Program development
o Enhanced Community visibility and support
o Brand building and awareness
