Evergreen Packaging created this new position to support their global packaging organization, which consists of three separate companies that have recently been combined. Together, these three companies comprise 128 global manufacturing facilities in 36 countries with revenue in excess of $5B and over 10,000 employees.
A key corporate position, The Director of Benefits is responsible for leading the planning, design and implementation of benefits plans throughout the organization. This position will also support the Human Resource leadership team(s) in the development of strategies and programs for collectively bargained and non-bargained health and retirement plans. This will require research, analysis, planning, and reporting with respect to these plans and a wide range of direct and indirect labor cost issues. This position will also be a subject matter expert on the labor negotiations team.
