The Director of Retail will be responsible for the revenue and profitability of hotel operated retail stores in all full service hotels. The Team Member will be responsible for the management of three (3) direct reports; the Senior Manager of Retail, the Manager of Retail, and a contract Retail IT Director. The Director of Retail will oversee the procurement of merchandise, sales revenue, stock planning, margin development, and vendor negotiations.
