Claims Analysts are responsible for analysing policy coverage, drafting coverage letters, managing, monitoring and resolving first party losses and general liability claims asserted against our insureds. Superior claims service is central to the corporate culture and brand. Claims Analyst are an integral part of the in-house claims servicing team. This is not a “back office” role. Claims Analyst interact directly and daily with clients and business partners, so a passion for superior customer service and professionalism are key characteristics of the role.
