The Director, Integrated Marketing will lead the creation of differentiated marketing strategies that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. Build 360 cross-channel campaigns to deliver business objectives, working across all cross functional departments including creative, merchandising, and digital marketing. Deliver marketing thought leadership and guidance for brands to optimize Sephora’s marketing levers and Sephora’s Beauty Insider clientele. Oversee and manage 3 employees to start, growing to 4 by end of 2016.
