ALSAC is the fundraising and awareness division of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a hospital dedicated to finding cures and advancing prevention of pediatric catastrophic diseases. No family ever receives a bill from St. Jude, making it vital to raise the $2 million the organization needs to operate each day.
The Community Engagement Director is responsible for the strategic development and management of Volunteer Development programs on a national and regional level. Oversees the engagement and fundraising strategies for multicultural, faith based organizations and young professionals through field programs along with Cruisin and Saddle Up. Overees management of national relationships with volunteer organizations including Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Phi Delta Chi, National Auctioneers Association, etc. Works with Field Operations senior team to develop policies and procedures. Develops extensive analysis of assigned programs short and long term goals and what factors will contribute to or impede the ability to obtain those goals. Oversees the Volunteer Engagement teams. Works with various departments at NEO for support of the various programs.
