SRVS has been providing services for people with disabilities for over 50 years. This non profit also offers elder and adult care.
Under the supervision of the Director of Choices and P.A. Services, the Client Services Coordinator will recruit, hire, and supervise Choices and P.A. Services Direct Care Professionals and establish and manage a Choices and P.A. Services PRN, DSP Pool. This process will consist attending various events including networking events and career fairs and conducting over the phone screenings and in-person interviews. The Client Services Coordinator must be able to precisely identify candidate skill sets and core values. This position will be responsible for managing employee work schedules and coordinating training and staffing support for new cases start of care. The Client Services Coordinator will work closely with the Director to provide support in all areas of client services.
