Shelby Farms Park Conservancy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that handles the daily management, fundraising, and vision for Shelby Farms Park and Shelby Farms Greenline. More than $2 million is raised each year to fund both projects – the former being 4,500 acres of protected green space centrally located in Shelby County.
The Development Manager – Corporate Support is a primary member of the Shelby Farms Park Conservancy development team and is directly responsible for raising contributed dollars to SFPC from the corporate community through sponsorships and unrestricted corporate donations to meet budgeted goals. This position works directly with the Senior Development Manager and acts as a key member of the Development + Communications team, which is responsible for a comprehensive Development + Communications program and related activities including but not limited to: capital campaign, major gifts, special appeals, planned giving, corporate sponsorship and partner opportunities, grants management and the stewardship and cultivation of donors.
