With Trunk Club, anyone can have their own personal stylist and even better, shop for a new wardrobe without ever stepping foot in a mall or department store. Users take a survey where they specify their size, fit, budget and style preferences, and a personalized “trunk” is sent to their home for a free 10-day try-on. Originally for men, the company just launched Trunk Club for women, and now offers one-on-one appointments at Clubhouse locations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Washington, D.C.

The Director of Member Experience will enable the Trunk Club team to deliver the best shopping experience that customers have ever had. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering innovative and measurable customer experience design and strategy projects for impressive consumer brands.
