The Quality Director oversees all aspects of the organization’s quality improvement efforts, such as developing and administrating the system, training and coaching employees, and facilitating change throughout the organization. The Quality Director is responsible for establishing policies and procedures at all levels so quality improvement efforts meet or exceed internal and external customers’ expectations and protect and enhance the brand.
