MAA is seeking an Employee Relations Manager in Memphis, TN.

The Employee Relations Manager works under the direction of the Employee Relations Director to coordinate and direct employee relations programs and functions for assigned regions to ensure that the company is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the position works closely with the Employee Relations Director in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing Human Resources policies, programs, functions, and activities. Assists employees, managers, and senior management to settle work related conflicts through advice and recommendation.
