Crye-Leike, Realtors, Memphis, Tennessee, is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department team.
Duties include:
- Answer incoming telephone calls for the Marketing Department
- Facilitate and assist with creating marketing materials
- Maintain office and promotional materials inventory
- Provide guidance and leadership to Crye-Leike sales associates to ensure delivery of a consistent and quality customer service experience
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide a clear understanding and direction to employees and sales associates
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all individuals at all times
- Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, and respond with appropriate actions and accurate information
- Process monthly billing reports by retrieving and entering information into computer system
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
