Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Divisional Human Resources Director in Germantown, TN.
The Divisional HR Director is responsible for Human Resources management, developing standards, fostering teamwork, management proficiency, managing profitability (P&L and Employee Retention), promoting process improvement, building relationships, organizational astuteness, leading change, and creating and executing programs to retaining employees across the division (throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia). Traveling will be 30-50%.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Leads strategic presence in stores to promote the Sprouts culture and develop suggested action plans with executive leadership.
