The Director of Small Business Solutions will be responsible for driving and delivering multi-year ecommerce offers and promotional strategies across all web properties for Business Digital Experience. This individual will be well-versed in all aspects of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, and be deeply engaged in post-build optimization via testing and analytics. The Director for Small Business Solutions is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners to manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including, promotional campaigns, website design, web analytics and web technologies. This individual will serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the Business Digital Experience organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test Small Business eCommerce and Small Business Service initiatives.
