American Home Shield is seeking a Director of Marketing in Memphis, TN.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners/brands to manage all aspects of eCommerce including, business planning, digital product development plans, search engine optimization, site enhancements, conversion optimization, and website design. Partners with key cross-functional roles to ensure all relevant ServiceMaster goals and implications are factored into eCommerce initiatives for all brands. Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross functional partners/brands acting as a program manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test all eCommerce initiatives. Participates in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans that support the eCommerce strategy across the organization.
