HP is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Performance in Houston, TX.
High-exposure role with fast track to a Director position, reporting to the SVP of Operational Performance (Office of the COO), and engaging directly with EVPs/SVPs. This role will lead key CEO-commissioned strategic and operational performance initiatives, working closely with Business Unit and functional leaders. Partners with these leaders to identify organizational productivity improvements, operating model changes, and capability shifts that will improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of HP’s organizations. Provides thought leadership, management discipline, and is accountable for success. Will develop a broad understanding of HPs portfolio of businesses, functions and capabilities. Leads internal and external teams to deliver results.
