Omni Hotels and Resorts is seeking a VP of Food & Beverage in Dallas, TX.
Provide strategic and tactical direction to all aspects of the Food/Beverage discipline including restaurants, (both in house and Bob’s Steak and Chop House), in room dining, banquets, catering, service, operations, financial management and manpower development. Identify revenue opportunities to ensure maximization of food and beverage revenues and profits. Identify and remedy cost deficiencies where they exist.
