The Community Engagement Strategist will help lead conversation monitoring and engagement on various social media platforms on behalf of Chipotle. He/she will be responsible for proactively responding to customers by resolving issues and answering questions. The Community Engagement Strategist will play a vital role in ensuring that Chipotle customers have an on-brand experience any time they interact and engage with one of the company’s channels. This person will be on the ground level with our customers, serving as the voice of the brand with every interaction.
