Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Program Manager of Global Business Transformation in Portland, OR.
The Global Business Transformation (GBT) Program Manager’s focus is to direct and drive specific GBT projects from Initialization through stabilization following Columbia Sportswear’s Project Management methodology and toolsets, ensuring best practices are being applied to ensure successful outcomes. This position is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers.This program includes upgrades and integration of the following solutions: Product (PDM/PLM), Demand/Supply Planning (Logility), Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP), Extended Supply Chain (GT Nexus, Integration Point) and Warehouse Management (Manhattan).
The GBT Program Manager is expected to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of all GBT project activities to enable efficiency and results throughout the project lifecycle.
The GBT Program Manager is a key liaison between the Project Team and the Director of Program/Project and Organizational Change Management, as well as providing key information to the Global Business Transformation Steering/Operating Committees and GIS Leadership.
