Responsibilities

• Inventory Optimization

• Surgery to Cash cycle reduction

• Customer Service; leading indicators Cases Delivered complete and on-time

Focus & intermediate goals

• Focus on Hospital Supply Chain executives

• Complete implementation of distribution Hub strategy and implementation of Field Operations Management System (FOMS) –

• Supply side leadership of  3to 18 month forecasts, in all countries in which we operate

• Complete the integration of Tonier and Wright customer delivery strategy in 2015/2016

• IT systems integration and distribution model consolidation are essential elements

• Pilot Customer Facing Teams in 2015, full implementation in 2016/17

• Teams championed by customer integration but staffed by Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Pricing, and Delivery

• Initial work is Accuracy and Timeliness of Data to build trust

• Next level of integration is on Planning and Forecasting of surgeries, 2 weeks forward

• Next level of integration is Product planning
