Box.com is seeking a Director of Customer Success in Austin, TX.
In this full-time role you will lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers across customer segments and geographies. By nature, you are incredibly motivated by delighting customers and you have a strong sense of what it takes to make Box’s service exceed customer expectations. As a CS leader, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing adoption, retention, and overall customer lifetime value of our customers expansion). You will also play a vital role in scaling Box’s Customer Success organization – including how we manage field operations, hiring, development and training, etc. You will provide guidance to your teams in managing their accounts and workloads and serve as a coach through challenging situations with the customers. Your inherently motivating personality inspires your team to perform at the highest level. You bring a cross-functional perspective to Box and can work with other departments on internal projects. You are also excited to be very involved in hiring new members of the team as Box continues to grow.
