Lausanne Collegiate School is seeking a Director of Learning Innovation and Instructional Design in Memphis, TN.
The Director will work with faculty to implement new strategies that enhance learning and to develop a system of learning outcomes in response to online courses, 3D technology, and school partnerships. The Director will lead the school’s analysis of emerging technologies, instructional theories, and innovative approaches and its efforts to capitalize on teachers’ and students’ own creativity. He or she will assist in developing evaluation metrics to quantify learning outcomes; advise all stakeholders regarding the goals and challenges of instructional design and innovation; assist with further development of the Lausanne Learning Institute; and create and oversee robust innovation labs that will function as a demonstration center for teachers, students, and industry and auxiliary revenue partners. The Director will support and challenge this learning community to take intelligent risks, move at a quick pace, work as a team, and engage with a sense of urgency and completion.
