HCA is seeking a Director of Project Management in Brentwood, TN.

In collaboration with the Vice President of Project Management, the Director Project Management is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing designated strategic activities as well as providing project management oversight of designated Division initiatives in support of the mission, vision, and goals of HCA in order to achieve the goals of the Division.  The Director Project Management complies with Division and corporate policy and procedures, efficiently managing activities and resources, and integrates the department services into the Division’s overall plan for the delivery of care and service.

The Director Project Management works with Executive Management, Hospital management and Staff, and outside strategic partners. The Director Project Management identifies and remedies risks and issues through continuous customer satisfaction data and involvement.
