The Production Supervisor manages a group of production technicians in their assigned area.
Provides technicians with the tools needed to perform their assignments, including process information, job allocations, training, equipment and other needed support; prepares reports and charts showing assigned area’s progress regarding safety, production, throughput, scrap, attendance and budgetary compliance; ensures departmental goals of safety, quality, cost and time are met and maintains an atmosphere of trust and positive morale for the assigned zone; writes standard operation sheets for each job in assigned area.
