ServiceMaster is seeking a Digital Marketing Planning & Testing Manager in Memphis, TN.
This person designs, directs and plans for ways to improve sites to drive revenue, develops and reports on performance metrics, forecasts digital marketing results to support budgeting, and designs/develops attribution modeling.
1. Designs, directs, and plans for campaign testing and analysis for providing recommendations for digital marketing budget.
2. Forecasts digital marketing results.
3. Develops and grows web analytics practice. Designs and enhances digital analytics strategy and approach. Analyzes web analytics to optimize strategies and tests new channels to determine effectiveness of those strategies.
4. Designs, develops and enhances omni channel multi touch attribution by implementing universal analytics and additional attribution tools, as well as developing and designing attribution business rules based on data and campaign channels.
5. Designs and delivers reporting for senior management, to include communication of analysis results and recommendations to business stakeholders.
6. Stays abreast of industry knowledge, technology, development, and trends that can influence current and future direction for digital marketing.
