20 | 20 is seeking a Director of Software Development in Nashville, TN.
The Director of Software Development is responsible for managing our Product Development Team and our technology resources that support our enterprise-level products. Management of the Product Development team includes day-to-day management of all software developers, functioning as our ScrumMaster, and working collaboratively with the Product Owner to define the future of 20|20 product initiatives. The Director of Software Development works hand-in-hand with the CIO. The CIO sets the vision, requirements, and expectations for products and service delivery, the Director of Software Development manages the day-to-day team in charge of getting the job done. This position is also responsible for datacenter and local system environments, for both product and test systems.
