The responsibilities of the Email Marketing manager will include the development, implementation and measurement of email campaigns. The goal of these campaigns is to drive user retention and engagement on About.com.
This individual will be successful in this role if s/he can manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping focus on the overall KPIs of the program. The ability to track email metrics and provide new ideas for new programs as well as enhancements to existing program is a must.
