The Manager of Architecture Back Office Systems will be a critically important technical resource deployed within the context of business technology solution delivery projects to ensure overall stability and performance of our world-class websites. The Team Member will drive internal and external technology experts and vendors in deep-dive architecture reviews, make technical development and design decisions to ensure the optimal outcome. The Manager of Architecture Back Office Systems will leverage strong technical expertise and analytical skills, while working closely with Build Managers, Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to assess the architectural impact of business requirements on underlying Hilton Worldwide technology capabilities and platforms, as well as identify risks and issues with mitigations.
