Zipcar is seeking a Vice President of Product and Member Experience in Boston, MA.

Leading our global product & experience group, this role is responsible for managing and inspiring UX, product and engineering to continually measure and improve the core Zipcar member experience consisting of products and delivery channels, such as reservations, mobile, web, car, customer support, payments and more. Working with various strategic and functional constituents, this leader sets the roadmap to evolve the end-to-end service to meet member demands, lower operational costs, capitalize on market trends, and support company priorities around key performance indicators such as retention, usage and acquisition.
