The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art is seeking a Membership Manager in Memphis, TN.
Primary responsibilities include making monthly and annual membership goals, the timely and accurate processing of all memberships, sponsorships, and contributions; maintaining detailed donor records, campaigns, and appeals in the Raiser’s Edge database and development files; tracking membership statistics and analytics; processing outgoing mail; and supporting the over-all efforts of the Development department. Responsible for the achievement of membership revenue goals, and the retention and growth of the Museum’s membership through five openings and parties per year. Designs and administers strategies for building and maintaining the membership program (e.g., direct mail, annual appeal, e-renewals, and specialized campaigns); works with Visitor Services to develop on-site sales strategies; develops and implements strategies to identify and solicit new prospects; upgrade and renew current members; increases member retention; insures delivery of benefits to members; maintains contact with membership base through CRM tools. Devotes special attention to $300 – $1,000 membership levels.
