Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in Seattle, Washington.
This role requires working with product management & account management to introduce sellers to new features and products in addition to analyzing the buyer and seller experience to discover ways to improve the existing products. You will be responsible for measuring and improving both the seller experience and how our products perform for the seller. You will then be accountable for driving those improvements through the entire product lifecycle. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon’s varied payments offerings. He or she will be analytical and data driven in decision making, with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion. The candidate is not just a policy maker/spokesperson but drives to get the right things done. At the core of the position is delivery.
