This person partners with businesses to develop and/or administer human resources strategies and initiatives covering several of the following areas: organizational design, development and change, leadership development, employee orientation/training/development, compensation and benefits, talent management including talent acquisition, retention and performance management principles, workplace laws and regulations, workforce planning, communications, employee relations and policies/legal requirements. Work with other Spinal and MDT HR leaders to cooperatively ensure consistent process approach, sharing of best practices, and continuous learning.
