Ernst & Young is seeking a Diversity / Inclusiveness Assistant Director in McLean, VA.

As Diversity/Inclusiveness (D/I) Assistant Director, you’ll help improve D/I within Ernst & Young. To achieve this, you’ll use your in-depth knowledge of D/I principals, to  assess needs, and identify and recommend programs or other approaches. You’ll develop and implement training programs for personnel, coach other professionals, and lead project teams on strategic projects. Through all your work, you’ll apply departmental management procedures and project management standards.
In this role, you’ll manage stakeholder expectations, communications, budget, timelines and performance reporting for diversity and inclusiveness projects. You’ll work independently, receiving general direction. In addition, you’ll frequently assign projects and tasks to project team members and direct reports, supervising them and reviewing their work.
