The Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Executive Director in Memphis.
The Executive Director is business unit owner and is responsible for maximizing BHG clinical and financial performance in an assigned territory. He/she is responsible for making best use of the BHG Home Office support in service of the Company’s mission. He/she supervises the daily operations to include the direct supervision of the treatment center’s Program Directors and, by extension, each treatment center’s performance in the following key areas: operations, financial, staffing, training, compliance, outreach, and customer service.
