Hilton is seeking a Director of Brand Sales and Commercial Integration in Memphis.
The Director of Brand Sales and Commercial Integration will support activities and tactics with the global brand commercial trends and participates in the development of the brand’s short and long term strategies. The Director will work with some analysis of opportunities in support of commercial trends in particular with sales opportunities. The Team Member will participate in the development of a plan that includes how these strategies can be implemented across all constituencies and in all regions including hotels, above property sales and/r revenue representatives, owners, and commercial services teams. The Team Member will ensure all sales commercial service departments across the organization are well educated on brand initiatives, updates and culture. The Director will act as the main brand sales representative to each of these departments; Hilton Worldwide Sales, HRCC, Travel Industry Relations, eSales, and 3rd party partners. The Director will assist in the development of property level sales training and culture programs to ensure hotel sales teams effectively sell the brand.
