The Director of Employee Training & Development is to focus on the development of our employees–to ensure needs are identified, live courses and other educational media are developed and the effectiveness of the learning experiences is optimal. Management and development of Wright U. Responsibility for HR systems to include on-line learning and Success Factors, additional platforms as needed, and ensuring global availability of courses.
This job requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in management and organizational development, with 5 or more years of experience in training, group dynamics, team building, executive coaching, succession planning and performance management. Experience in an employee development role in major company or in a consulting role is required.
