St. Jude (ALSAC) is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing Operations.
This person is responsible for strategically driving operational needs for the Marketing Division and all Departments within the group. Functioning with a large degree of autonomy functions as lead staff for enterprise-wide and executive office sponsored operational initiatives and responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to budgeting, EOS survey and performance reviews, business continuity, compliance, legal contract review, intranet, strategic planning and boot camp training. Critical driver of internal operational analytics. Responsible for strategically driving analytical evaluation of key metrics including cycle-time, workflow, process improvement, tool set evaluation and implementation. Oversees day-to-day management of trafficking team. Working with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer, serves as critical point of contact to the executive office for major events and special projects.
