DHL is looking for an Account Executive in Memphis.
They’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience. Great communication skills are required. They also prefer someone who has worked in the shipping industry.
In this role you will work collaboratively with local/regional management and prospective and existing customers to secure revenue generating business opportunities with small to medium locally-based customers. You will maintain, solicit and grow this base. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high-level of customer service with customers and leveraging relationships to expand business. You will develop relationships with new clients by prospecting and responding to business development leads while monitoring and reviewing customer sales activity and makes adjustments to processes and strategies as needed.
