MIFA is seeking a Director of Program Performance.
This person is responsible for establishing and reporting the programmatic and financial impact of MIFA programs. The position is also charged with improving program processes and efficiencies while ensuring that all programs are in compliance with the non-financial requirements of funders. In this leadership role, the director educates and guides program managers and staff to pursue efficient and high-impact program design.
