The Traffic Manager will manage and oversee all cross-functional projects for the marketing department in a timely and effective manner, while being responsible for the accuracy and quality of all marketing creative projects while staying within set budgets. Develop and maintain job tracking and communication system for all print and online marketing assets on a daily basis for high volumes of diverse projects. Create schedules and track project progress, route work for review and approval, troubleshoot issues and revise schedules as needed. Prioritize tasks for creative, production, and prepress teams due to shifting deadlines, changes and corrections. Maintain and distribute weekly “hot sheet” of project priorities to team members. Keep all pertinent parties informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations. Obtain deadline extensions when necessary. Expedite and prioritize “rush” projects and move “stalled” projects forward accordingly.

Directly oversees the team that manages the national relationships with organizations including Greek partners, Varsity Spirit, Scholastic, etc. Responsible for annual revenue exceeding $26 million. Works with Field Operations senior team to develop policies and procedures and to build out the youth platform. Develops extensive analysis of assigned programs’ short and long term goals and what factors will contribute to or impede the ability to obtain those goals. Oversees the Youth Development teams including youth and young adult demographics. Works closely with the Enterprise Contact Center and other NEO divisions to execute and support the various programs.
